Purchasing Online
If you wish to purchase items online you will need to have a working PayPal account. To order products sold online please e-mail louise@blackonyxstudio.co.uk listing which items you wish to purchase along with your selected postage option and delivery address. Please include your PayPal e-mail address when ordering and an invoice will be sent to you within 24hrs. Your order will then be posted to you by the next working day after the payment has cleared.

Bespoke
If you wish to use Black Onyx Studio's bespoke service and have an item designed and hand made to your specifications then please contact Louise via e-mail or phone.

Please allow 24hrs from when payment has cleared for your order to be processed and dispatch. When ordering please state your chosen delivery option along with your postage address. A paper invoice will be sent with your order but if you wish for this to be sent to a separate address then please provide an address for the invoice to be sent to.

First Class Recorded - £ 8
1-2 working days after dispatch and must be signed for on delivery.

Next Day Delivery - £ 10
Delivered next day by 1pm after dispatch.

International Delivery - £ 20
5-10 working days after dispatch.

£ 2 will be added to the postage cost for each additional item on your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days via recorded delivery in the condition they were sold and must be unworn. Please e-mail louise@blackonyxstudio.co.uk stating which items you are returning (if an entire order is being returned then Black Onyx Studio would wish for the packaging to be returned also in the condition it was sent) and your reasons for return and if you would wish for a refund, exchange or a credit note. Your request will be processed when your items are received back at Black Onyx Studio.

Faulty Items
If an item is faulty then please return it to the above address and send an e-mail to louise@blackonyxstudio.co.uk stating the item and what is wrong with it and if you would like us to fix it, refund, exchange or issue a credit note.

Black Onyx Studio takes a great deal of care in ensuring that information which is obtained about you is treated appropriately and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information that is collected for online orders is only used to process your order and posting. Any information that is collected for bespoke orders allows for an accurate service and in both instances allows Black Onyx Studio to contact you about your order and any information that would be relevant to you.
